“Bought this folding yoga mat to do exercises at home after knee replacement surgery. I love it ! My floor alone was to hard bc I also have a bad back, bed was to soft. I can lay this one either and it’s perfect. Yoga and other mats tried were to thin and soft. It’s well made , durable material, no stitchi g problems as seen in other comments. Folds nice, easy carrying handles. Would definitely recommend ! As you can see, first time I layed it in the floor my dog decided it would make a nice bed. He’s Husky/Shepherd mix and his nails didn’t affect this heavy material at all. And you can see it’s a nice size too!”

“I have been using this folding yoga mat now for several weeks and like it a lot. I will mention that it is pretty firm, but a mat this thick needs to be firm so you don’t sink down into it too much. I purchased this mat because I had recently had a back surgery where some hardware (rods and screws) was placed in my back. A number of my physical therapy exercises required me to lay on my back and the floor in my exercise room is hard rubber. I first tried a 1/2″ thick foam mat and still the pressure on the sensitive tissue around the hardware created a lot of pain. I felt like a thicker mat would help. Because of the firmness I mentioned above this mat still caused some discomfort, but with the 1/2″ mat on top, it is perfect for my needs.
I like the way it folds up and is easy to move off the floor. It’s easier than rolling up (and strapping) the foam mat. I am very pleased with my purchase!”

“I’m no gym rat and haven’t signed up for any instructor led classes but I’ve tried several yoga type mats before when exercising at home. I’m on the heavier side but try my best to stay as active as possible. The mats I’ve tried always fell short in the “enough cushion” department. I was initially reluctant to purchase this product as it looked bulky but was sold when I found that it could be folded to a much smaller dimension. I’ve used it several times now and it remains to be plenty comfortable with lots of padding that doesn’t cave or sink. I’ve also been able to easily wipe it down after sweating on it and I’ve not noticed any lingering smells. Overall the product is light weight, easy to maintain and portable enough to take with you if you ever needed to.”

“Very happy with product. I have bad arthritis in my back so it was very hard to do floor stretches. Although this is firm, my back is not in a lot of pain during the stretches and when I get up. It is a little longer than my yoga mat and more comfortable than the yoga mat. I was completely avoiding any floor work because it was just too painful, now there is no excuse. For the price, I highly recommend this mat. I had absolutely no problem with any stitching, it looks very well put together.”
